I’ve been there. When you suffer from anxiety and depression, getting through simple, daily activities at work, at home or while socializing can be hard if not impossible. One of the reasons I developed Small Scale, Daily Healing™ was to help me cope with the regular, day-to-day stuff. 

 

I wanted quick and simple tools that could get me through various types of difficult moments.  

 

But more than that, I was determined to find myself and to overcome the dark. I wanted real but simple tools to help me become stronger and more resilient. To help me fight back. For good.

 

I worked on it every day for four years. I was patient. I was persistent.
